Wir begreifen die Welt als facettenreich und vielschichtig – “ein weites Feld” – steht gleichzeitig für eine schwierige und umfangreiche Thematik die nicht einfach zu durchdringen ist. Hier liegt der Fokus von dem was wir tun. Themen und Aspekte dieser Welt die nicht schwarz und weiß sind, zu erforschen und die Ambiguität herauszuarbeiten. In den Zwischenräumen liegen die Besonderheiten dieser Welt. Das ist unser Fokus.
Warum – tun wir es:
Es ist wichtig gesellschaftliche Prozesse und Phänomene zu behandeln die das Zusammenleben beeinflussen und mitbestimmen. Besonders „schwierige“ und herausfordernde Themen sollten angesprochen, analysiert und ausgehandelt werden. Diese Auseinandersetzungen sind es auch die uns als Gesellschaft weiterbringen.
Wie – gehen wir vor:
Der Prozess diese Themen zu erforschen ist der wissenschaftlichen Methodologie angelehnt. How – we operate:
The process of exploring these topics is aligned with scientific methodology. The most important aspect here is the commitment to intrinsic knowledge-seeking and the principle of never claiming to know an absolute truth. To secure this, it is essential to have working structures in which the involved individuals can freely and equally realize their projects.
